This is by far the best experience I've had in a government office. The people that work here are so nice and understanding. I came at 7:30 am, they open at 8:30, I thought it would be packed but it wasn't. They were so polite and made the whole experience very pleasant! Thank you!
very sweet people made my payment tried to make payment arrangements but they made a mistake just like all humans do and they refunded my payment back to me case im in bankruptcy im still learning as im going i love honesty when i make a mistake i pray someone points it out to me and does not make a joke of it cause what goes around comes around love you guys but im still wondering were did all my tax money go cause i haven't received taxes for years when I filed my taxes i thought that money was used for taxes that were not paid or such were does it go let alone i got garnished if you want to call it that my taxes were taken from me for years . don't expect any state or federal money back cause of taxes that were owed back in 2005 or unemployment that claims they are going to take from my taxes also so again thanks for admitting mistakes cause we all make them.
