Good experience, but the lady in drive thru window is unpleasant
My fiancee is a US Army vet and we are currently trying to start getting his credit up to par to get the VA Home Loan assistance (must be 620). We'd researched quite a few different mortgage options and decided to talk to 1st Mariner Bank. An employee (Chris Edge) contacted us right away. Matter of fact he was blowing up my fiancee's phone for days and received several emails from 1st M.B. so we started talking about options. His credit is +540 at the moment and it must be 620 to do a VA loan. As soon as they got is credit score all contact ceased. No explanation of a thing. No copy of the paperwork. We tried emailing the "representative" and were blatantly ignored. Please save yourself the trouble and bypass this company all together. The only thing that drives them is money. Terrible customer care. Thanks for taking the time to read my review.
