Excellent atmosphere, food, and customer service!
I came here to celebrate my birthday and although i had a great time with my family . The customer service sucked . The staff was rude . One of the staff members told me he couldn’t help me because “he wasn’t on the clock “, then i asked another staff member for help and instead of him helping me while Seeing me struggle input names for a new game in the computer he just stood there and repeated himself , the computer wasn’t responding it wasn’t that i wasn’t following directions he was giving me and my food took 40 mins long and the staff members were rude and saw me standing at the counter and didn’t ask if i needed help until i yelled “can someone help me?” If looks could kill the staff would have killed every customer there with the dirty looks they gave . Very inattentive staff , won’t return and wouldn’t recommend.

Nice place. Building is clean and staff is very pleasant. On my second visit, my kids had a complete meltdown. Guess they were sleepy and were not behaving to my liking. Instead of playing two games, I decided to leave after the first. The lady at the counter not only returned the money for the second game but she gave us free games passes for later use. We used those passes two weeks later. In the words of Jay-Z, 'What more can I say?'
Our fanily truly loved AMF Towson. We laugh and cheered everyone on their sucess.
The newer facility is nice. The bathrooms look the same though they are clean. Service is decent.
