Baltimore County employs some bully officers who are predators filled with anger and hate for the citizens of this area. Officer Bandurchin III, G. specifically brought vitriol, yelling, and unnecessary force, with conduct not becoming an officer. Anger coming from an officer is one letter away from Danger !!! Beware. Watch Out.
