I did not have the best experience to start with regarding Finance Factory. We had a few minor hiccups that left me frustrated. Let me tell you, this company sure knows how to listen to it's clients and genuinely cares about our experience! The President of the company, Ed, personally reached out to me to ask how things could be resolved and if I had feedback on how the process could have been better. I got off the phone with Ed and have completely changed my mind about this company. He was very knowledgeable in the lending department and had lots of great information to share with me. If you are looking for assistance with finding the best loan suited for you, then I would recommend Finance Factory.
I was told right off in the beginning that this company was not like a bank. But in reality they are. They couldn't help me out and Barbara lied through her teeth when she said finance factory will be able to help me out. All of it was a lie. They don't help. They just dinged my credit more by looking at my credit score. Trying to find a loan is never going to happen through this company. Do not try it!!!
