This company towed my car for me. First thing I notice when I open the car door, there is money missing from the panel. Next I had my bookbag sitting on the front seat. In the front panel there was $21 dollars(now gone). I noticed an earring from my jewelry box on the seat. Money in the jewelry box also gone. Money in the middle console for tolls also gone. Now they returned the money from the door, but the other wasn't noticed till later. I called to complain and they said there is nothing that can be done. In total whoever stole my stuff made off with $50. Apparently it was worth stealing $50 from someone that truly needed it.
Needed a tire leak repaired from a nail in the tread. Mr. Personality in the office was a bit frustrated to have a customer walk in and request service, I guess it was interrupting his phone conversation. He stated just a simple repair would run $44, needless to say I took my business elsewhere and had it repaired for $20. Well at least Mr Personality was able to finish his phone call :-)
Mike and his staff are some of the best around. Extremely honest and caring about their customers. They will tell you exactly what NEEDS to be done, What can wait, and What should be done at the same time to save you money. I don't take my cars anywhere else. I have taken 5+ cars here for over ten years of service and have never been wronged. EVER.
Great service department, I've been coming here for numerous years. Mike and his mechanics are very honest. My family and I have taken lots of difference cars here over the years and never had a problem. We go out of our way to take our cars here. Great place Would recommend to anyone and everyone.
DO NOT GO THERE!!! They go through your vehicle and steal your belongings. My car wasn't even there a full 24 hours. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! THIEVES!
