I called this agency to get a quote for Homeowners Insurance and to update my new vehicle information as i just brought a New Honda Accord. The call was somehow transferred over to a Nicole Groff, I suppose she doesn't do quotes because when she answered the phone she asked me how I obtained her number and stated I had to speak with an agent, it was SO RUDE was not helpful at all. Even if she could not help me she could have politely transferred the call. I been with Allstate for 17 years and I'm also a Veteran just my interaction with her turned me off from Allstate I rather get a quote from another Insurance company who's reps are more inviting and welcoming.
I feel great about the experience! Brittany was incredibly helpful and walked me through the process of creating a car insurance account in my name (I was previously under my parent's policy).
