Very proficient and professional!
I expected to wait hours. I was in and out in no time. My intake worker was very polite and accurate, but quick at the same time. No complaints here.
Very polite, helpful and efficient. There were a lot of people waiting when I got there but you're given a number and they handle crowds well even when one has to wait. They also provide free parking. The guard was very nice! - she held my place in line so I could move my car from a metered spot to the parking garage where visitors park. For a government agency i was very impressed with their service.

Second time..and again very Professional Answers for all my questions. Not remember name of my supervisor, African American man...super detailed and patience. Not every Social Office just in Towson.
