Nice hotel, typical Sheraton. This staff were nice as well. My only complaint was I told someone in the morning that my sink wasn't draining so they could come fix it during the day and no one ever took care of it.
We went there for an early dinner on a Saturday night. It was extremely busy for them with 2 catered events, so service was slower than we would have liked, but the staff was SUPER, so it totally made up for it. The food was quite tatsy. We only ordered sandwiches, so I do not want to comment on their main dishes. Portions were not large, but we were not hungry after. If you have a moment, it is a nice place to eat.
Very nice and clean. I attended a roadshow in one of the meeting halls. The food was great and temps were comfortable. The parking garage only accommodates vehicles 6' 6" high. If your like me and have a 7ft high work van you need to use the oversize parking but it's very limited, think 15 cars or less.
I attended a Baltimore County Board of Elections Monthly Member Breakfast. The facility was top notch, clean friendly and staffed for the crowd. The food was excellent, especially the "while you wait" omelette station. The room was well organized, the chairs comfortable, the settings clean and properly set. The staff was unobtrusive and efficient as well as friendly. I'll enjoy my next visit, too!
Elevators inside are very slow..3-5 minutes slow....no ice machine on 8floor..you have to scramble to find a working one. Elavator outside were broken..took me to L5 when I pressed L2. The rooms smelled nice and was clean staff was nice. 30 seconds from the mall which was great! Loved yhw indoor pool.
