Scott was covering another store on the day I came in to close my storage space. He had excellent customer service. Overall my experience with Extra Space was one that would definitely bring me back.

The staff and customer service were great! I reserved a storage online not really knowing how big the unit was. Donte showed me three different unit spaces to give me a better idea of the space difference. The storage space I originally reserved was not big enough for the things I needed to store. So him showing me different sizes was greatly appreciated. I needed to purchase a lock so Donte showed me the locks they had and also the price and quality of them. I would recommend their 203 East Joppa Rd location to friends and family. Thank You for all the help. Happy Holidays!!
