Drove over an hour to view items in an online auction and was turned away at the door. Though it was not mentioned online, they will they only allow viewings on days right before the auction. Btw never buy from them without inspecting items. Watches are often broken...just a bad overall experience. Was treated poorly
Terrible. They still have items that I consigned to them 6 months ago, and they recently went up on their buyers premium to 23%! I'd sooner deal with ALICE Cooper!
This review is for their real estate sales. .AVOID THEM. Completely waste of time. I went for a house auction and the auction time was 9:40 am and I checked at 8 am and auction was still active. I drove almost 2 hrs to get there and once I arrived at 9:15 then I re-checked and auction was still a go but all sudden at 9:20 only 20 min before auction they just cross the address and said cancelled. A few people showed up and they were all pissed. One drove for 6 hours. They Cooper auction knew it they will canceled it the last min because they did not even send their staff to the location and simply updated their website only 20 min before auction. Playing games and waste people time. If I was them I would have strict rule to not to cancel for example 5 hrs before start time so buyers don't lose time and drive to the court auction. OR at least sign up for live text msg alert if canceled. POOR auction. DO NOT waste your time with them.

My wife and I went to Alex Cooper for rugs, which we have done before on occasion. Zach was our Sales Consultant, and he was superb. Informed, energized, patient, and a man of good taste. We tested that patience when, after buying two rugs, we decided that one was simply not right for the house and we returned it, not for exchange but for a refund, which was handled promptly and without any resentment whatsoever. This was a 5 star experience.
