I've been living at Courthouse Square now for nine years and I'm looking forward to year 10. In October 2017 it will be one year since I moved into a renovated apartment and my family and friends rave about my place. I love it here and find that Management and the maintenance personnel are top notch and respond quickly to my request. Congrats guys and girls, you have a great team.
Everything has been great. Nice and quiet area. If there is a maintenance problem they are here very quick to fix it. Very happy with Courthouse Square.
I Been living here for three years I Have Seen People Come and Go Most Because people are moving out of town. however this is a great place to live I Love the fact the Pool Have been upgraded and the residential grills are a nice touch the door to door trash pick up is awesome and if you miss it they have nearby dumpsters the staff is friendly nice clean apartments. Neighbors very nice. Gym and my favorite is easy route to shopping
I have lived here for a year now and I am disappointed in the lack of notification that management provides its residents regarding water shut-offs. I work from home and have an infant and not having access to running water on several occasions is unacceptable. Management had time to call a plumber, then maintenance had time to give residents notice that the water would be shut off. I should not have to go to the bathroom sink and realize that there is no water. Also, the walls are ridiculously thin. Every night I feel like someone is breaking in, but it's the people upstairs walking through their apartment. It sounds like elephants are walking above me which wakes up my child while she is sleeping at night. You can smell everything that your neighbors are cooking because the ventilation system is horrible. The smell is extremely bad in the bathrooms. I give it two stars because the location is convenient to a lot of amenities, but it is not worth the headache, especially the amount you are paying per month in rent. For the price I am paying, which has never been late, I expect higher standards in return.
Overpriced BS. My rent is supposed to be 1318 but I always end up paying 1400!!!!!!!!!!! Besides, the water pressure is always LOW!!!!!!!!! They charge nearly 35 bucks for a convenience fee for paying online. Why the hell would we pay a convenience fee to use their online payment service when they're the ones who get paid for us visiting their website in the first place?!
