I'm not gonna lie, I was not super enthused about getting a new roof. But now that it is done I would like to share my experience. After talking to three companies I choose Allied Remodeling. My main reason for choosing Allied over their competitors was their low pressure friendly approach, lifetime warranty, price, and the fact that my neighbor used them a few years ago and couldn't say enough nice things about them. The process was painless. I called, the person who answered was professional and nice, she had a sales person reach out to me within an hour. The sales person came out to see me two days later, inspected my roof, gave me a good price, and let me decide without piling on the unnecessary BS. The one thing I did appreciate was that when I asked about how much life my roof had left he said that he estimate a few years but could not be certain. He did say he recommended replacing sooner than later because there were soft spots which are indicators of rotted wood. The other two companies made it seem that the next rain fall would be coming in my living room. I scheduled the job and the crew showed up on time. The lead person on the job showed me pictures of where my roof was rotted through and even showed me the wood after it was removed. They finished in one day. There was no evidence (other than a beautiful new roof) that they were ever there. All of my patio furniture and BBQ were returned to the exact spot and everything was cleaner than before they started. The lead person on the job also informed me that my gutters were full with leaves and that he cleaned all of them out. When I got the bill I questioned it because it was $250 less than the estimate. I was told that there was less rotted wood than anticipated so it dropped the cost. My neighbor told me that they were in business for 20 years and it shows. What a nice professional operation Allied is. My only regret is that Allied only specializes in roofs so I can't use them for other projects I have. My neighbor referred them to me so I feel obligated to pay it forward. Here you go. Thanks Team Allied.

We were referred to Allied by friends, and we have been pleased with their services! Allied demolished a 30 year old deck and rebuilt one in about a week, and added some features we wanted that included safety doors and a bar ledge. Our sales man, Holden, was very thorough, and we never felt any pressure from him. He continued to follow up throughout the duration of our project, as well when it was completed. Though there were some challenges with our project, Nick and his team, have been very receptive and accommodating to ensure that we were satisfied with the job. Nick is very responsive to all requests and concerns, and the entire Allied team has been great to work with.
For a contract signed in October they finally showed up in August. The workmanship was good. My advice is not to sign a contract unless it includes a start and a finish date. Before you sign ask to see the written guarantee so that you know what it covers.
We signed a contract back in October 2015 to have a deck and porch built. Getting someone in authority to return a phone call was very difficult. It is now July 8th 2016 and we are still waiting for someone to show up and do the job.
Allied remodeling!! What can I say. They did an amazing job on my roof.. best price, best work quality, best roofing product and best representatives. Trust me I did my research and had multiple estimates. Paul (one of the owner) answered very questions and concerns, responded to my text or call back within minutes. Best of all, they didn't collect a dime until the work was done and I was fully satisfied.

Allied remodeling was awesome! They built a fantastic deck for me at great price. They were straightforward and not at all pushy when they came to provide the estimate. They let their work, professionalism, and high standards speak for themselves. They were patient and helpful as I worked through my HOAs approval process, and upon approval, they were quick to get the project done. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a deck or other remodeling projects.
