Customer service here is outstanding. Their products are pretty good, I can say I have grown up around these products and used them for many years around the household, they make products afordable for America. Yeah it's not 100% top notch stuff, but at least when something breaks they are more than willing to go the extra mile to repair their mistakes and not charge you anything on top of that. Their emailing system for customer support works great and they respond very quickly too. I can't say you get that from anyone else. Which is more than what I can say about the other companies that make Grade "A" products for consumers.
