I have been twice at this location for oil change and tire replacement. The staff is courteous and. Knowledgeable and they have a nice facility. The free coffee, hot chocolate and water is a nice compliment if the repair is taking long and you are waiting there.
AAA membership worthwhile; 30 minute response to I-95 @ 3 AM!
This location has declined in quality in the last year. I can only review non automotive related issues (tickets, etc). There is one person at the counter to handle tickets and she should have assistance. Supervisors come out lurk around and go back into their hiding places in the back. More than once I find myself in a line of one with no one in front of me and I wait 10+ minutes. When I am assisted the poor clerk has no idea how to log in the computer or knows how to process what I need (movie tickets, theme park tickets, etc). It shouldn't be this difficult.

Would be 5 stars if they could explain the paper work they give to you after car repairs. The people in the front don't know what the mechanics are putting on the paperwork. I wish someone knew a little about cars was available to speak with customers.
