If you want to buy a book, then this is the place that you "may" find a book. Just May. However, If you want to sell your books; do not go there. The worst place ever. I sold my books in 07/13/2016. However the date today is 02/11/2017 and they do not want to give me my money. it feels like they just want to take advantages of you without respecting. DO NOT GO THERE. THE MANAGER THERE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO MANAGE THE STORE. THE STORE IS NOT ORGANIZED. THEY DO NOT WANT TO HELP YOU AT ALL. Furthermore, THEY DO NOT WANT TO GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY IF YOU SELL BOOKS THERE. EVEN WITH BEGGING, THIS PLACE IS THE WORST.
customer service here is awful. Their policies are awful and not helpful, they just want your money, i will never come back here again, i rather pay more for my books someplace else where their policies are better and the customer service is better
This place is a UPS access point. DO NOT USE them unless you want your packages getting delayed for days. I dropped packages off on a Thursday about 3:00 PM. They did not get picked up by UPS until Monday after I called UPS and complained they did not move. There were no holidays either.
I wasn't offered much in the form of cash for my old textbooks, so I'm trying the Advantage program where BookHolders posts my books online and will give me up to 3x more for any book that is sold.
Disregard the on-campus store and rent your textbooks here instead if local pick up and return is a requirement for you. Prices here are significantly lower. Very questionable security on their website though, so you may want order in person.
