Manager Bo worked out a very fair offer, even finding an employer discount. They both went above and beyond to make sure I drove away happy.... even arranging all the logistics with another dealership to facilitate the return of my prior lease. BMW genius was a great service too in orienting me to the vehicle and configuring all the settings to my liking. Great job everyone! I will definitely be back.
DO NOT BUY OR SERVICE VEHICLE HERE, no matter how much money is spent it will be made clear from General Manager the Customer is wrong, after repairs came to 3000.00 an paid for drivers seat was damaged by dealership which was refused to be fixed An was told car is too old, when prior to visit seat was working as designed, after numerous attempts were made to reach anyone, vehicle broke down in which again was told you need to spend more money even if numerous attempts were made with calls an voicemail it is still the customers fault. Plenty of other dealerships in the area besides this one
I appreciate quality and customer service. BMW of Towson is top drawer. It is worth every penny.
They sold me the car, and they have done all of the maintenance and repairs except for my high performance work. They are a decent shop, better than some others that have mechanics they have to train how to turn a wrench. I'll continue to go there as long as they don't screw me or my car.
Avoid this place! They will say you need things changed in you car that don't need to be changed. After this happened to me, I got a second opinion at another place and was told the items they had mentioned (spark plug and oil canister) are perfectly fine. Shame on you for telling people they need needless work done on their car to make a buck!!!!!
