Convenient location, fair price on rental, and polite helper at the desk. Car was better than expected.
Called the Dulaney Valley Rd. location on a Sunday morning after it was open. No one picked up so I was transferred to the main customer service line. They set me up with a reservation for a compact car that morning at that location, but when I got there 45 minutes later, the gentleman at the front desk told me they were sold out of cars and nothing was available. Best he could do was send me to BWI airport 40 minutes away. Would not recommend wasting your time booking with a company that may or may not have your car available.
Had a 12 pm pickup car wasn't ready until 1245 pm. Then when I pull off 1 mile later the low tire pressure light came on. Had to turn and get another car. Nice people but I was not satisfied with the service.

These guys do a very good job. It is important to note, this is not a normal full service Avis location. They have somewhat limited hours (which are quite short on Sundays) so you have be careful to get the car back before they close or you may pay for an extra day. That said, you do not have to pay many of the fees you'll find at airport or some of the other locations, so you can save a lot of $$ by renting here.
