My reserved car was not available I was offered a Hyundai accent (bumped down) and the price compared to my reservation was $30 more for a 24 hour rental as they added insurance to the new "reservation" for a lesser car without asking. Bad location bad selection bad staff.

I've rented from several car companies and several enterprise locations. This location's customer service goes above and beyond. I recently rented a car twice and each time, the reps were extremely nice. They explained everything and was very helpful. The cars were always nice, clean and up to par. The funny part is I went to this location accidentally but im glad I did, I will continue to use enterprise and this location for all and any renting needs.
