I had a partial plate made that was huge from the beginning I was then hospitalized for a month after that I called the office to find out the whole office was shut down for the entire week. I called the 800 number and talked to a very rude individual on the phone that sounded like she was reading from a cue card only to find out that these locations are all individually owned and operated affordable dentures is just a name. I asked to please either have my partial plate fixed or repaired I was told that there is nothing they can do for me oh and I forgot to mention they are only three months old PLEASE DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COST it may cost more at a reputable dentist but trust me you get what you pay for also was told by the Harrisburg location they would not touch them because they didn't make them and didn't want to be charged for them mind you I explained all of this to them and told them I lived an hour and twenty minutes away they assured me they would be able to help so again PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS AND SCAM ARTISTS
Needed my bottom denture replaced. The staff at Affordable Dentures was courteous and competent. I was told to come in at 9 a.m. on Friday for the impression. When that was done, the dentist said come back in at 3 p.m. When I got there at 3, my bottom denture was ready to wear. I was all finished in just a few hours time. They have their own dental lab right on the premises. Yes, I would recommend Affordable Dentures to anyone who needs their services. The color and shape of the bottom denture matches perfectly with my upper plate. Thank you, Affordable Dentures, I have a good reason to smile.
Everything went according to the plan we put together ( the dentist & his team of assistance & of course myself.) I would recommend the office I went to they've been very understanding to my unique circumstances. Thanks to the whole team. The dentist and the assistants are absolutely wonderful. The time they spent with me was indeed great. The procedure went well and the dentures fit well. The first adjustment was fine. I can't wait to get my final pair of dentures. I'm going to look so handsome again.
