We had my son's first dentist visit ever with Dr. Alarcon and it could not have gone better! She and her staff were so attentive to him and made him feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. Even though it was our first appointment, they were expecting us and everyone said "Hello Graham" right when we walked in which made him feel special and calmed his nerves. The waiting room is very kid friendly and he was easily distracted by the toys and cool window seat. They took us back promptly and Dr. Alarcon put him at ease explaining everything she was going to do and letting him play with the dental tools before she started. This helped put me at ease too. She taught me a lot about properly cleaning his teeth and how best to make sure he keeps a healthy smile. I would highly recommend taking your children to this practice.
I was extremely intimidated by the thought of taking my two toddlers to their first dentist appointment. I was pleasantly surprised on how smoothly the appointments both went and I truly appreciated Dr. Alarcon's patience, advise and understanding. She put all of my fears to rest, she understood how hard it can be to take care of my toddlers' teeth, and she gave me practical tips/tricks on how to keep their teeth clean and healthy. I have no doubt in my mind that we have chosen the best pediatric dentist around. Not to mention, she has a wonderful staff that was friendly, accommodating and welcoming. Plus the waiting room was like heaven to my kids. My three old is still asking to go back and play with the blocks.
I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Arlacon. My son was home from college on Thanksgiving break and was suffering from a gum infection. She came in on Friday following the Holiday (even though the office was closed) just to follow up with him before he headed back to school. Her bedside manner is amazing. Warm, Friendly, and Gentle. Love her!

We have a wonderful experience every time we visit! Dr. Alarcon is caring and professional. She has an amazing way with both children and their parents. She does a fantastic job. She is very thorough all while being soothing and comforting. She takes a lot of time with each patient. My children look forward to their appointments!
