Love the store, almost each n every thing is provided for men women's n children and in every range.. N the new backstage that's awesome for kids stuff n for everyone, everything over here in reasonable prize is there
Shoes laid out like a warehouse and not a great selection or a sales person in the place who truly cared about helping anyone.
I have emailed them about employees possible discrimination, have not heard a response.
Worst of the Macy's stores. Lackluster Friends and family sale with lackluster sales people who seem to want to be anywhere else but at Macy's. So sad I've had better service at McDonald's.
What happened? I haven't been in a while and it's a bit depressing. The men's Ralph Lauren section in particular. It looked as if no one had worked there in months. The sizes on the hangers didn't match the sizes of the clothing on racks, none of the clothes were in order by size. Impossible to find anything without spending hours picking through... Which I did not do. Found what I needed at Norstrom.
Still no response from Macy’s... the white employees that work here are clearly racist and they are ignoring this issue. Be aware
