Towson nice mall the rack the best. Love mac store.. but its one store i have a major problem with the LEATHER MAN they are getting over nothing is price. An people who work there are the worst..i wanted a shirt on sale rack 14.00 sale person on floor say u can get it for that price.go to pay for it other guy day 33.oo..i left shirt up front in left..then my daughter want shoes he told her three different prices..as we leaving the man is yelling i give you good price...i will never go to that store again.. i see WHY STORE was EMPTY...
I just took a quick walk around women's sportswear department where I saw Beyoncé's brand Ivy park. A few nice pieces but unfortunately no plus sizes.
Although I’m upset that I could not find what I was looking for at the price I needed, I am glad to say that I had excellent help. Erica in the shoe department did a great job of listening to my problem, asking for my price point, then providing me with a few options to choose from based on the information I gave her by engaging with me in conversation. This display of customer service is very simple, yet also overlooked. I will be back.
Really good store compared to some of the other Nordstroms that I have been too. The store is well maintained with clothing, accessories, etc. kept properly. The store is nice and spread out and even with a lot of shoppers in the store it doesn't seem crowded. They gave a really good selection of styles though it can be a tad expensive. Still, as they say you get for what you pay and you would not be disappointed with your purchase.
I ordered an item online and came to pick it up at the store today. The lady that was working on the second level in the pick up department was efficient, friendly and a delight to speak with. She is a real asset to Nordstrom's. Just wanted you to know that. Her daughter Amber works in the Cafe. I wish I could remember her name!
I purchased a tuxedo from here and Keith from the menswear department was of really good help and was knowledgeable about stiles, fits, fabrics etc.
