Awesome staff, great facility and easily accessed from highway. I bring my teams in here and it's a great fit for them (youth club level soccer)!
Classes are amazing! Can't recommend classes taught by Jimmy enough. Great way to get in shape and lose weight.
World class facility. Classes are challenging as well as enjoyable. Personally the speed class has given me remarkable results and a new way to meet with other athletes in the area. I would definitely recommend!
Jimmy has seriously changed my life! This is the best kickboxing gym ever!!! My husband and I have been going since April and WOOWWW I'm blown away by the changes I've seen in my body and strength! Working out has never been FUN until now. It's always a new challenge and we are never bored. The staff are amazing, friendly and our gym mates are hardworking/AMAZING!!!!!
