TERRIBLE.. the worker seem like she had a nasty attitude , she was getting sassy! Will NEVER go back!
I've been to this location many times in the past 3 months and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Even on busy weekends it doesn't take long to find help and if one employee can't answer a specific question, they find someone who can. This is a big change from the service I'm used to in big box stores (no customer service or bad advice).
I had my dog sharpie for bath and nail trimming...they made him bleed not only on one foot but both by the time my dog was home...he was in pain both legs..... I don't recommand this place to nobody........
I really wanted to buy a new tank for my bearded dragon today but I guess Petsmart didn't want my business! Don't shop here very often anymore. Not very knowledgeable!
I brought my 4 month old puppy in a little over a month ago. Keep in mind she is a poodle and grooming is very important. They refused to give her a full groom. Told me she needed a puppy cut to get use to the razors. All they did was trim around her face and private area. I was still charged $26.00 I could have done that myself. I finally took my dog to a real professional groomer and she behaved fine. The groomers at this petsmart have no idea what they are doing! If you would like to not waste your time and money don't bring your pet here!!!!
