I was assigned to a table where Miss Vargas helped customers on the left and was very attentive to them. The guy on the right side of the table had such poor customer service skills that I wished I was being served by Miss Vargas. The guy, who's name I did not get, was more concerned about wanting to be a Runner, that he did not even say hello to me and did not thank me for being patient in the busy store. He was overall unfriendly and rude. His body language was horrible. As I stood in front of him for 10 long minutes, he proceeded to turn his body toward the customers of Miss Vargas's line. He made me feel invisible and an invaluable customer of the Apple brand. If he had given me an update or acknowledged my presence, the experience might have been better.

I talk to manager paul on the phone he was so awesome,very helpful guy, I've never had a iPhone i remember when i first saw the all white glass back 2011 Iphone up close in person i was like OMG and then the red came out i fell on love but i could never afford one being in a wheelchair in a nursing home on a very short and fixed income of $60a month now i can.afford one i want the Red IPhone 8 anyway Paul was nice.and respectful with trying to help me on when or if they may ever come out with the Red color. Thank You Paul

The longest wait in my life. Apple a billion dollar company with the worst customer care. I really wonder why I still have an apple phone. I can say when my plan is done and am up for an upgrade I will be moving to a Samsung product!

Visited this store on a Wednesday evening. It was very crowded, as expected. I enjoyed testing out the new devices and getting ideas for Christmas gifts.

Dan, who greeted me at the line in front of the store, gave exceptional customer service and set a high bar for customer experience once inside the store.

This has been the worst buying experience I have ever had! I wish I could give 0 stars. One employee lied and I lost money based on that. Came back and that same employee and another talk to each other. The best they could say is "my bad". About an hour and a half later, I left.

Finally, he left to perform some other duty and I was helped by Miss Vargas. She greeted me, asked how I was doing, and made eye contact as she began my transaction. She informed me of my waiting time to receive my product, which was just 2 minutes. Due to that one guy, I will not recommend this store to anyone. Customers should go elsewhere.

Won't change my store rating, but I will say NAS WAS GREAT! Helped get most things rectified.
