In 2013 I purchased a Wave III and within 2 months the CD died. Bose repaired but the CD died in 3 months. They sent me a new Wave III and August 2017 the CD died but its out of warranty. They paid for all the shipping and the customer service reps were nice. So how can CD player in a Acura and Ford last more than 10 years in a hot car and being bounced around and one sitting on shelf in house with no kids died 3X. Never will buy a Bose again.
I bought a pair of Bose earphones from a Best Buy. It got jammed in a locker and I decided to take it here to see if they offered repairs instead of buying a new one. Sadly, I was told they do not repair product. I was out of luck, until the employee offered me a brand new Bose earphone for FREE and suggested that I register my product and only buy from Bose establishments. He took my broken pair back and gave me the same product in return.
