Customer service was good. I ordered fabric for my furniture 5 weeks ago and still don't have it. I was promised delivery in 2 to 3 weeks.

Ordered sofa bed and love seat in Dec 2015.sofa bed crushed in front. Ethan Allen replaced the sofa bed and the replacement has the same design error and it too has now a crushed front. We didn,t expect this kind of problem from this high priced furniture store.
