Excellent service. Furniture came as I had ordered. I loved the fact that I could order any of the upstairs furniture as I wanted it.

Excellent experience. After going with value priced furniture over the last 15 years, we decided to buy quality. The prices were better than other showrooms with brand name furniture with lifetime frame warranties. Our power reclining sofa and love seat are soft comfortable and so convenient, and we have confident that it'll be in our home for decades to come.
Decent furniture store with a huge selection. It's also very clean. Lighting is kind of dark though. The lights are kept so low when I sat down on a sofa I almost fell asleep lol. But other than that it's a nice store. However word of caution: if you're a young woman have someone go back to the bathroom with you, or at least stand outside the alcove. I felt like the restrooms were pretty isolated, as it is a large store. Overall really nice store with helpful employees.
The Sofa Store has beautiful furniture at very reasonable prices. What made my experience even better was the saleswoman I worked with....Suzy Segal. Definite asset to that store.
Great design but mostly expensive with very late delivery options. The quality of the furniture is good and the designs offered here cannot be found in most other cheap furniture stores. The downside is that you might not get the furniture as quickly as you would want.
