The children working there really need to learn the importance of customer service. No one looked like they were actually working. They were more concerned with what music was playing, skipping tracks at each other's requests. I was willing and able to spend money here, as the shoes are known to be very nice from Aldo. When I looked around for help, I had to politely ask the ONE young lady who was actually working with someone else to help. Her co workers were too busy with the playlist. I wish I had names....but I can describe them: 1. A young male looked like he was doing nothing but mingling with other young patrons. 2. A young lady wearing glasses with tags on them, assumingly from the store, completely uninterested in helping anyone and heavy makeup. I was purchasing a pair of pumps in nude, and wanted them in black too. All she said was, "We don't have them." She never offered to perhaps order some like most stores would do. And finally 3. The ONE sweet young lady who seemed to be truly busting her hump at the store. She had short hair. She helped me and several other customers at the same time while the others were busy seemingly doing nothing. She was very helpful, and if her co workers worked as hard as she was, perhaps I would've spent twice as much as I did. My total was over $120, and if the customer service was better, I would have been happy to spend more. I will not return here ever again, and I urge the owner and/or supervisor to teach these kids the importance of good customer service skills. The store was packed that day and I am certain a lot of money was lost due to the lack of professionalism.
