So I dropped off my coat at this Burberry.. that very same day... they called me and told me to call them, that's all the said in the voice mail. So the very next day I called the Burberry store and they said that they would have to call me back to let me know about who called me the first time and what they called me about. Who runs this place? A monkey?
I like Burberry but I'll pass on this location.
I'm a high end shopper but also a mom. I don't dress up to go shopping. Only on business. I felt that they treated me extremely well. I will be back to pick up a few items.
Went into the store today and Yung helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I was shopping for my boyfriend and he was able to help me with getting the right style and size. When it came time to ring me up, the credit card machine was down. The manager on duty worked her butt off on the phone with the CC people to get it working. They both sincerely apologized for the wait as it took almost 45 min. I was tempted to just go to Nordstrom but they made me feel like a very valued customer and a round of applause goes to this store and their team. I WILL be returning to buy that trench coat :) thank you Yung, Manager on duty (wish I got your name) and Burberry!
I've come in this towson location looking off (I like shopping when I look rough) and they certainly treat you different. I've made it to the back of the store and started to the front again before an Asian manager rudely toned out "uhh can I heeellp you?"

Update- I had to drop off my coat in order for it to be cleaned and a small tear repaired.
This review would be funny if it wasn't so sad.
Few months ago I went in this towson location to buy a coat. Customer service was meh.. but the knowledge of their own brand was horrible. I went through 4 or 5 different style coats with a staff member only to walk out believing that I couldn't fit Burberry. This past weekend I went shopping in DC. The Burberry store in DC was a completely opposite experience and Derrick was AWESOME. I walked out happy to spend 2400$.
