Purchased a product online, never used it because the color was not as described. Went into the store to return it and instantly got attitude from the sales person. They looked at the bag and scrutinized it inside and out... The tags were still on it! Never mind the $15 dollars of shipping cost I'm out. I was refunded the product cost, but with service like this I will never be an Eddie Bauer customer again.
