I came in with a 3 different pictures of what I was hoping my hair would turn into. Kelsey did an incredible job of cutting and styling it so it looked exactly as I'd hoped. When I came back the second time my experience was the same. Everyone at the salon was friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. Kelsey even offers a discount for Towson students (but you have to bring your ID). All in all, a very positive experience and I highly recommend Tranquille.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED, THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS. I bought my wife a manicure/ pedicure last year for her Birthday from this salon and when we arrived, she was told that they had messed up the scheduling and only had time for a manicure. I had pre paid for the service but even after they admitted to messing up the schedule, refused to reimburse us the owed pedicure. Finally, after wasting half an hour arguing with them about the issue, the woman presented us with a gift card that was good for pedicure. So this week, I wanted to surprise my wife by taking off work Friday so I could take the baby while she got her nails done at the salon and have a nice date day. So I made the appointment on Tuesday to bring her in today(Friday) at 9am and took off work so I could watch the baby. This morning we got there at 8:55 and was greeted by the woman at the front desk that told us that we were scheduled for Saturday, not Friday. I asked how this could of happened(remind you, this was the SECOND time this happened at their salon) and was told that it was my fault, and I must have scheduled the appointment for Saturday, not Friday. I politely told her that I very much seriously doubted it because I was the one taking off work to bring my wife there, and felt like the mistake(which happened last time as well) was on her and the salon, and not me. Long story short, we left angry, unsatisfied, and felt like the way the salon treated us was beyond disrespectful and not the way a business that we have paid money into should treat a customer. We still have the voucher for a free pedicure, but my wife doesn't want to step foot in the salon again, and I don't blame her. This review does not reflect on the stylist and employees at all, they did a great job on my wife's nails the first time. This is solely for the receptionist and the owner/manager, who both need to learn how to treat their customers better.

I had been here once before a few years back and decided that I needed to start treating myself on a more regular basis. I was looking to start facials/peels and potentially let a hairstylist touch my hair, and coming here was the best decision I ever made. Alison is amazing! She has complete knowledge of anything I ask about my skin, and after three visits I'm already getting compliments. I also made an appointment with Kathryn and she earned my trust immediately! These ladies and the salon make me feel welcome and I'm excited to go every time I have an appointment scheduled. Thank you THB for the fantastic treatment and service, I always feel INCREDIBLE when I leave your salon. :)

I went to this salon on Fri with a Groupon purchase of Partial Highlights and cut, on my visit they seem friendly and welcoming but she charge me more on top of my purchase by Groupon that was still fine for me cause I have long hair but at the end the results were not what I was looking for and I told the stylist m not quite happy with the result and the stylist Kelsey was just rushing on me because she wanted to leave for the day. She suggested me to come back if I need any change with my shade and the receptionist made a future date appointment for me me n said I'll get 20% off if I visit them again, I asked her what if I come back in next 2 days? she said yes u will still get the 20% off and asked me to give it a try for a week or 2. but within 2 days I realized as I had on the visit day that the highlights just look to grey on me. So because they r close for Sunday n Monday I took online appointment for Tuesday morning and when I went to the salon to get the glaze treatment done to change the shade of my highlights they came out some what close to what I was looking for initially so I told the stylist Kelsey I hope u will not charge me more this time because it's been only two days cracking a joke, she assumed that I don't want to pay n started yelling at me for nothing, I was like oh my gosh, I was just asking if u can charge me less n still she kept on loudly arguing with me n also the receptionist started to support her, I asked them why r u guys so rude n disrespectful towards me. N they were like no the color n treatment is not free, I told them when did I say first place I don't wanna pay. N finally I told them I don't wanna talk to guys just let me know how much I owe you n I paid n left this stupid unbelievable n disrespectful Salon. Guys please if u love ur hair n care for ur respect PLEASE DONT VISIT THIS SALON.

Susan is the best stylist I have ever gone to. She gives great suggestions and my hair always looks healthy. Abbie is awesome with the spray tan. I always feel better leaving. Very professional staff and friendly.
