Went to toys r us last night for dreaded last minute shopping for 2 different birthdays. The associate who helped me was a very pleasant gentlemen who despite the few details i gave him helped me find both gifts. Then I go to ring up and the cashier, I think her name is Mari Lisa (I'm sure I'm spelling it wrong) informed me that I accidentally gave her an extra 20$. I thanked her so much for her honesty which is so rare these days and she responded well I'm sure you work hard for your money. What an amazing night crew!
Bathrooms were disgusting at 730am. Night shift or morning shift never cleaned. Top it off someone stole several packs of POKEMON CARDS, left trash on bathroom floor. Reported to management, didn't seem as if they cared. I will not return to this place. Horrible reflection of a business in Towson.
He loves playing in the store, so many things to do, play with and look at
I called about three times before I got an answer, then the girl working at customer service hung up on me. I dread calling as they either put you on hold and never pick up the phone or they just decide to not answer.
Huge selection of toys and the associates have always seemed friendly and helpful enough
Always go here to xmas shop and bday shop for my son
