Horrible service. Food spent 20 mins under a heat lamp and they couldn't get the order right. Understaffed and overwhelmed. I was hoping it would be great. It is great having them here but they need to make serious changes
First the order was wrong after waiting over 20 minutes for the Burger. When the second burger came back the turkey meat had that old taste to it. My stomach started turning when I got home and I threw it up. A waste of time and money. This location - poor, slow service (except for the baby boomer working circles around 8 millenials), and old meat. Fool me only once! The one star was for good fries.
Bobby's Burger Palace is a chain that serves high-end burgers: beef, turkey and vegetarian. (Ask about "crunchifying".) There is a featured burger of the month, an extensive menu of burgers, shakes, fries (including sweet potato), and interesting and hearty salads. There is a bit of a wait while your food is being cooked to order, but it's worth it. A loyalty program is available which is a good deal if you frequent BBP. Nice place for a quick bite.
While picking what I wanted, someone returned a burned grilled cheese to get a better one made. Oops. After ordering, I found out that the soda machine was out of carbonation. I let someone know but they didn't seem too concerned. The fries seemed like they were the end of the batch - small nibs, crispy, few larger fries. At least the monthly burger was good. Everything else, not so much.
My husband and I had a lunch date and it was our first time visiting this restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the atmospjere was very fun, restaurant itself was very clean, and the food....oh the food was tremendous!!! We highly recommend giving this restaurant a try if you love burgers. Can't wait to go back!!
