The worst service I have received in a long time. I love how Google says "People typically spend 45 min to 2 hr here". That 45 mins to 2 hours is waiting for your food to come out late, and then waiting even longer for your check. Very displeased. TGIF Towson was fun a few years back, now it's just mediocre at best. My Mozzarella Sticks were decent, and my Wifes house salad that took 45 minutes to make was gross. Just be prepared to wait, and be prepared to be ignored if you are sitting at the bar. I Cannot review/speak for table service.
NEVER GOING BACK. WAITED 20 MINUTES AT MY TABLE. NEVER EVEN PLACED A DRINK ORDER!!
I had to come to the mall to exchange something and thought I'd get dinner while here. HUGE mistake. It's Friday and I walked in at 6:28pm where there was no wait. I looked around and saw lots of empty tables and even wait staff sitting at a back table goofing off. Obviously not busy. I asked for a table for one and was promptly seated after some discussion between the three hostesses. I was seated at a table for 2 next to a group of college kids and directly behind a couple. I waited and waited. At 6:49pm which was past the 20 minute mark I got up and took my menu back to the hostesses. As I handed my menu back to the hostess I said:
"I've been waiting for 20 minutes and not a single person even took my drink order (slight pause) so I'm leaving!"
Putting two because of the kitchen, but otherwise the server Dominiq was great!
AND I WALKED OUT!
Worst experience, the poorest and slowest service i’ve ever experienced. I wish that I could give them a negative 3 star rating.
I went Saturday night for my birthday with my husband.. while the hostess was seating my husband I went to the restroom. While in there using the bathroom a male came into the bathroom to speak to a female employee. Not once but 2 times within a 2 minute window. I left the bathroom and went and found my husband and he was sitting a table in the back and there was food and empty glasses on the table from the last customer still.. I couldn't believe it so I just stood there and didn't even sit down...10 minutes later a waiter walks over and asked us are we ready..didnt acknowledge the mess in anyway.. needless to say we left without ordering
Couple things happened to our family’s meal. But mine in particular was the million dollar cobb chicken salad. It comes with romaine and kale. It didn’t come with kale and was missing the avocado. The manager came and we asked for them to bring it on the side, and he brought back what you see in the picture. Lol still not kale. Oh well
