This place should be torn down. It doesn't deserve a whole star. The service was horrible, my food was just so so. My family and I were never greeted with a simple "smile" or a "good afternoon", but we noticed a few (including our waitress) that were in need of an attitude adjustment. My aunt asked for a cup of hot water, the server brought back hot water that was "BROWN". It seemed as though there was only one server serving all of the tables. My food took a long time to be brought to my table. When the food finally arrived, my omelette was slightly toasted and the pancakes didn't taste that great. My family and I left highly disappointed. I will never return to this location.

My experience was wonderful. Most of the time when I come to IHop its not so great. But the waiter was excellent the customer service was outstanding. From the time we entered IHOP customer service was great. They all deserve a raise. Thank you for having better customer service.
I went in on the Weds before thanksgiving around 6:00pm. There was probably 12 patrons there split up amongst 5 tables. Not busy at all. I literally stood at front desk for 10min while I saw a least 3 people(who were not cooks) look at me and kept doing business as if I wasn't there. I left eventually and ate at McDonald's
Don't visit the IHOP on Loch Raven Blvd. It used to be a nice location,whatever happened only God knows. Even when the restaurant is not busy,I have seen customers come in wait,and leave hungry. What is sad is that it seems management does not care about all the money that keeps leaving 5o another restaurant. The OWNER Of That LOCATION NEEDS To SHUFFLE OR fire a few people.
