I had the worse experience today, my girlfriend always buys me gifts from here so my bracelet broke for the 2nd time the same bracelet! so I go in & tell the "manager" she was very very very RUDE & told me something about a receipt again lady this was a GIFT & it's in the computer under her name, she was very disrespectful as if i stole it or it was fake. I had to call my gf to verify it was under her name in the computer, and IT WAS!!! I'm done with the Towson location no more of her money will you get your manager "Candice" needs better customer service skills!!!!
