My experience at Nelson Coleman Jewelers was amazing. I worked with Cara on finding the perfect ring, she was able to take notes on the criteria I was looking for and when my then boyfriend went to look for a ring, he was able to get the perfect one. She and Amanda really walked him through the process, he claims he's now an expert in diamonds. We both got our wedding bands there as well and we were able to customize my ring to have exactly what we wanted and he just described what he was looking for and they were able to deliver it with no problems. Not only were the rings beautiful, the maintenance prior to the wedding was impeccable. The "spa" treatment for my ring made my ring even more sparkly than what it is already and it was in perfect condition for the wedding and the photos.
