We went to the store to get some work done on a vintage engagement ring. It is my fiancé's family ring, and it is a really important ring for us. The Store said it would be done by Friday, so my fiancé called on Friday, but they said that his name is not their list! Finally, they found our ring and changed their story a few times. First they said they sent it to a jeweler and were waiting, then said they had it in their store and were waiting for a part they ordered for it, then they said the person who gave us our promised date was wrong. In the end they never called to tell us it would be delayed and kept shifting the blame. We cant trust this location anymore and don't recommend anyone else should either.
Update: Because of the previous experience, we didn't shop at the store last two years. Recently, we went back to store because they had good deal for some watches and jewelry and got great service.
