Radcliffe is the best jewelry store i have ever been too. I purchased my wife's engagement and wedding rings here as well as my wedding ring. The service is excellent and what makes me keep coming back, they are prompt to answer emails and phone calls. Helpful with selecting your jewelry and listen to your needs and wants. I cant stress enough how great these people are!
This was my first visit to Radcliffe and I was so impressed! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The fixed my watch for less than half the price of the other place in the mall. The service was done quickly ( while I waited ) and they even cleaned my wedding band while I was there! Highly recommend!
