this is a great location. Customer service is excellent. Steve is a great salesman and was very patient and understanding. He took the time to explain unlike most other jewelry places in this mall
I love this Zales. Maybe because I've had a great experience with one of the reps - Shannon and also the manager Elena is awesome. She's been so helpful and I bought 3 rings there and a watch and love coming back. I will admit that sometimes some of the ladies that work there are not as friendly - especially if you get them on the phone but I just go back to these two ladies and they are wonderful to me.
reps have horrible attitudes and try to make you feel bad for shopping. go to the zales in white marsh. much nicer place and the reps are a million times more helpful.
